If you're chatting your heart out
The DMs are the hardest and most valuable job on your page, and right now they are eating your life: the late nights, the weekends, every buzz of your phone. Hand that off and a trained team keeps converting at least as well as you do, usually better, so the income does not dip when you step back. It grows. If you're barely in the DMs
You have already done the hard part, you built an audience. But an inbox that barely gets touched leaves most of the money on the table. Fans who would happily spend get a slow, generic, or absent experience, and they drift. Gross, net, and what your 25% actually buys
The calculator above already does this math for you, but it is worth understanding, because it is the number-one thing creators get wrong when they compare agencies. Two cuts come out of your OnlyFans earnings:
- OnlyFans' platform fee: a flat 20% of everything your page brings in. That comes out no matter what, with an agency or without one.
- Your agency's commission: a percentage on top of that. Ours is a flat 25%.
One detail worth understanding: gross vs net
Revenue share is the standard model: an agency takes a percentage of what you earn, so you only pay when you make money and everyone's incentives stay lined up. One detail is worth understanding, because it changes the take-home. A commission can be figured on your gross earnings, before OnlyFans' cut, or on your net, after it. Here is the same 25% on $10,000 a month, calculated both ways:
Agency 25% of $10,000: −$2,500
You keep: $5,500
Agency 25% of $8,000: −$2,000
You keep: $6,000
The base makes a real difference: on $10,000 that is $500 a month, and at $50,000 a month it works out to $2,500 a month, about $30,000 a year, on the very same percentage. It is simply useful to know which one an agency uses, so you can compare offers on the same footing.
For clarity on where we sit: our 25% is on gross, and the calculator above already subtracts both cuts, so the take-home it shows is what you actually keep. We keep the rate low on purpose, so even figured on gross it stays very competitive.
Why our cut is on gross
Here is the honest reason our commission is on gross: it is how we pay our chatters, on a share of the sales they generate. If a team member can look at a $100 sale and instantly know their commission payout, it's motivating. Billing you the same way keeps everyone pointed at the same goal, growing your revenue, and it funds something most agencies simply cannot afford, a real team.
You cannot build people who are genuinely good at this, and keep them, on the model most agencies run: anonymous, lowest-cost remote labor paid about a dollar an hour plus a few percent. We train our chatters in-house and pay them like the professionals they are. Most of our team is US-based and native English-speaking, and the rest are fully bilingual in English and Spanish, which is a real edge if your traffic comes from both.
So yes, plenty of agencies quote around 25% of gross. That is where the similarity ends.
